Applying Scope
The RBX series hot-air-stirring (rotating airsteam) drying machine is one faility designed for dehydrant filter cake. It is high performance for the raw material difficult to drier, such as pot ale, kaoline, silica pigment,activated clay, dye and so on.
Working Elements
The raw material feed into the drier from the rolling loader. The raw material will be smashed at first. The the hot fan entry the from and touch the smashed raw material. The raw material move back wiht the mix force and the airflow force. The smashed raw material exchange heat with the hot fan. The smallest grain will be cart away by the airflow, the biger one will stay a moment for it's weight. So the temperature inside will keep in 300~500¡æ and the raw material temperature will not be too high. At the rear part, the raw material be affected by the baffle and the airflow, then enter the cyclone from the updraft. The cyclone work as the vortex separator, lay in the hot fan and increase the rotate speed. Keep the raw materail stay in the cyclone a long time by the wind speed and the direction of airflow. It's ten times compare with the comman straight tube drying time. It is the guarantee for the quality. The system operate in the negative pressure condition, the hop-pocket dust catcher is usable for it.
