In the traditional horizontal box type dryer, the air steam is passed through on the surface of raw materials. Its shortcomings are low in heat transferring coefficient, poor in hot efficiency, long in drying time. Because of the shortcoming of structure, it cannot be in conformity with the regulations of GMP. In order to overcome the above-mentioned shortcomings, our factory develops flow passing type box dryer on the basis of absorbing abroad advanced technology. The principle of work is shown in Fig.

The fresh air is purified through primary and middle effective filters. The purification of filtered air can reach 100000 classes. Through steam hot exchanger, the temperature can be raised to an indicated temperature. Through filter, the purified hot air is distributed to different layers through left distributaries plate. The hot air is passed through the raw materials to be dried. The damp air is pumped from the inclined air channel under the baking dish. Part of damp air is discharged outside the chamber. The other part of air is circulation continuously and heated. The purposed ofdry is reached.
