The theory prove:
1. The boiling point of the raw material solution will be reduced in vacuum condition. It is propitious to increase the evaporator¡¯s thrust and save the evaporator¡¯s diathermanous area.
2. The heat source can use the low-pressure steam or the exhaust steam. Carry out the heat source (water or oil) design and manufacturing for customer.
3. Reduce the heat loss.
4. Be fit with the raw material that decompounds, polymerize and metamorphose under high temperature conditions.
5. Disinfect is viable before process. There is no impurity interfusion.
6. The raw material will not be damaged during the static vacuum drying process.
